Featured Student: Eating Well...Very Well

With the end of the semester so close I can almost taste it (and by the time you read this, I will be DONE for days!) I’m thinking of what I want to focus on with my free time.

One of the main things, besides watching copious amounts of television and hitting the gym, is getting back into cooking. Ahhh, how I’ve missed my romance with my kitchen.  Granted, I do cook, however it usually involves creating something with leftover steamed vegetables that’s rushed and thrown together.
My go-to source for fabulous, easy, and healthy (naturally) recipes is www.EatingWell.com.  I’ve been getting the magazine, Eating Well, for quite some time now and it’s like porn to a health foodie like me. The web site is a treasure trove of recipes and easy to search.

I’ve bookmarked a few recipes I can’t wait to try…now that I have the time!
